Very helpful and affordable.

Tatianna Almeda was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything so that I understood the policy and what I was paying for. She is an asset to your company. In a day where Customer Service seems to have disappeared, she was a breath of fresh air.

I have been a Customer for several years now, as I have always been extremely satisfied with the customer service, simplified process with application, renewal procedure, and awesome coverage. Recently, I spoke with Tatiana to clarify a few questions/concerns prior to renewing my insurance (DJ) . Tatiana was extremely professional, friendly, patient, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent service. This has been my experience every time I’ve had to call in for Customer Support. Always a great experience and awesome service.

Very reasonable rates and great customer services

I was thrilled with the service. I'm old-school and prefer human interaction. Tatiana was both professional and very personable. She explained everything patiently and thoroughly. Renewal of my policy was a pleasure and those are not words you hear together very often. Thank you for your patience.

Our broker, Yvanna Lugo, is wonderful to work with. She is very efficient and can address any issue you have just about immediately. She is very responsive and will do whatever it takes to make sure her clients are attended to and satisfied. I cannot recommend working with her enough. R.V. Our daughter is getting married in Aug. 2025. We compared Wedding Insurance providers and went with WedSure Event Insurance provided by R.V. Nuccio & Associates. They had a superior website which provided tons of information as well as a Sample Policy. We contact Alessandra Sabato, of RV Nuccio & Associates and she answers all our questions, gave us several Quick Quotes and helped us to tweak the coverage to follow the Wedding Budget that has evolved over the last couple of months.

Having a knowledgeable associate to work with and a Website that covers the various types of coverages and the types of situations that are covered made us very comfortable purchasing a Wedding Insurance policy from RV Nuccio & Associates.

I needed wedding insurance for my ceremony and realized that the certificate of insurance was due at least 30 days before the wedding (and that deadline was quickly approaching). I wasn’t sure what type of policy I needed, so at 10:30 PM last night, I submitted a form, explaining the coverages that were provided to me and asked if they could reach back out to me to help me get a policy that meets those requirements. The following day at 3:00 PM, I received a response with a quote! I spoke with Tatiana over the phone, who helped me fill out the application with everything I needed, and now I have a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. RVNA, Inc. is the best! The customer service rep, Tatiana Almeda, was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to process my group's application. The process was fast, the prices were excellent, and Supervisor Steven made sure that we had everything needed to ensure our coverage was exactly what we needed, including a "safety guide" to assist with planning events. Highly recommend!

Our company produces a few big annual spectacles a year in NYC and we also have DJs carrying their own annual policies. We have been happy customers since 2018 with a break - like most of the world - during covid.

Highly recommend to our fellow event pros. We have been in business since the late 1980s and have had so many insurance headaches with events. RV Nuccio has eliminated 95% of them. Being able to add additional insureds online is such a big timesaver in itself. When you do need help with something it is there, quickly. When a venue changed their liability requirements after the policy was purchased, the knowledgeable and excellent customer service people (I used the phone options) made it all work.

So many film insurance companies "say" they work with low-budget films but they are still ridiculously priced. I stumbled across RV Nuccio when we needed to do a day of pick-ups for a short film we had already shot (and previously gotten very expensive short-term insurance elsewhere.) Well better late than never! RV Nuccio had not only the best quote I found but in some cases, they were HALF the price of some other better-known (and widely used) companies. I love that they truly deal with small low-budget films. Not just say they do and then quote a bucket like all the other companies do.

The quote will be for a year's policy BUT it was still cheaper for us than a short-term policy anywhere else.

I dealt with Rose O. who was a freaking legend - incredibly helpful, kind, funny, and didn't bloody talk down to me! The number of times I can count being talked down to by a man at these other companies is ridiculous! She was also incredibly receptive when we had last-minute changes.

I just had the best experience with this company and I want more people to find them.

I hope this can help my fellow filmmakers!
